« The room was awful..it had a pink very worn carpet It had poor ventilation and no fan.. a hole in the net curtain, the bathroom had a pink bath that was full of silicone to hide all the cracks, no cold water after leaving it running for ages. I know it's being renovated but builders everywhere and noisy. Good point was the bed was comfy and clean. »

« Staff lovely and accommodating, room was spacious, lovely view of the river, comfy bed and clean fresh bathroom. Had a lovely evening meal in the sun by the river, and breakfast was great. And all for a very reasonable price, would definitely stay again »

« If your looking for peaceful off the beaten track lodgings ,then this is the place for you. My wife and I have really enjoyed our stay here.The bungalow is well equiped with everything you need. The surrounding area is good for bird watchers with hedgerows,open fields and skies. Not too far (15 mins) is Barnaby sands marsh where we enjoyed long walks as far as Knott end and beyond. Gareth our host was very freindly and nothing was too much trouble. »

« It’s my first visit the family . We got 3 kids they really enjoyed with the stay. property have all the enmities for cooking. Clean house and kitchen. 100% recommended for Family. »

« The room looked better than the photos online. It was spotless and everything was just right - the linens, the carpet, the water temperature in the shower. Sam was an amazing host - when there was an issue with the booking and I encountered issues trying to resolve it with the booking platform - she was helpful and reassuring. My stay was comfortable and the breakfast was delicious - loved the granary bread and I forgot to ask Sam about the coffee - exceptional blend, I want to buy some....

« Was bigger we expected, Very clean throughout comfortable full size beds, cleaning equipment like hoover, brush, dishwasher, even a washing machine. Highly recommend. »

« Had Mole End and Woodpecker booked for a long weekend with friends. Gorgeous location with some amazing sunsets luckily! Mole end was really clean and surprisingly spacious given it only sleeps six and it was really useful having the two cottages next two each other - we were mainly based in woodpecker but it helped to come and go. Would definitely stay again! »
